Thank you for purchasing my artwork. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I offer a 30-day return and refund policy.
Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your artwork.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Proof of purchase or an order number is required to complete a return.
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items
​​If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.

I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
