Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing my artwork. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your artwork.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required to complete a return.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalised artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

​​If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.

  • I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
